The only exception to this rule is if the player becomes a Top 20 as a result of a Tournament, to which all Challenges made by such player are void, and shall not be honored until they meet the 100 report requirement. If a player with less than 100 reports on their records becomes a Top 20 as a result of not playing in a Tournament, they will be moved to a rank of 50.
