Current rule reads:

Players in the top twenty (20) must be available to accept challenges while in the lobby. The only exceptions to this rule are tournament directors who are advertising their tournament within thirty (30) minutes of the tournament start time, as well as Ladder Staff who are performing their staff-related duties.
