Top Ten Inactivity

Current rule reads:

Players in the Top Ten must play at least once every 1 days. If they don't they are automatically dropped five rungs and their inactivity counter is reset. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Proposed Change:

Players in the Top Ten must play at least once every 3 days. If they don't they are automatically dropped five rungs and their inactivity counter is reset. There are no exceptions to this rule.
