Current rule reads:

Any Any Top 25 player coming into the room must play one down game before asking or accepting an up game, with the exception of the prearranged 1 vs 2 match which takes priority. If you have been booted out of the room at completion and have reentered the room within 5 lines of text you can still challenge for an up without playing a down match.

Proposed Change:

Any top ten players coming into the room must play one down game before asking or accepting an up game, with the exception of the prearranged 1 vs 2 match, which takes priority.
