Would you like to ADD the following rule: Top 10 Match Ratio: At the end of each Case's Ladder day, members currently ranked in the Top 10 must have played a minimum of 2 down reports for every 1 up report (only non-Tourney Ladder matches played WHILE ranked in the Top 10 factor into the 2:1 Ratio).
