A challenge is valid only when both members are not playing (please type the members Ladder name in CAPS). Challenges/Matches are arranged ONLY in the Designated Room lobby (IM, blind invite, table, email, etc. arrangements are forbidden). Members may refuse challenges 15 minutes (or less) before starting Tournaments in which they are registered (as verified by the Tournament clock).
