Do you prefer for the proposed ladder rung defense rule to apply to rungs 2-5 OR rungs 2-10?

Note: This will only apply should the previous option to allow a vote for a ladder rung defense rule get the majority vote. Voting for either option does not establish a rung defense rule. The option with the most votes will be placed into the voting booth against the option of not allowing a ladder rung defense rule.
