No one player shall pick both the venue (Course) and the Conditions settings for a game, if one player picks the course the other player sets the match and picks the conditions. (This role is to be reversed the next time you play the same player eg: Players Must take alternate turns at setting the conditions and picking the location).

Refusal to play a match because of the settings or because of the course selected (unless both players do not have it available) could result in penalties to your account.
