Current Rule Reads:All challenges must be made in the auto-report lobby.
Use of Private Message, ICQ, Instant Message program or at a table is prohibited for arranging matches

Proposed Change:

Players must return to the lobby after each game. You may not play the same person 2 or 3 times in a row without returning to the lobby first.
Challenges are accepted according to rank, higher rank having priority in the event of multiple challenges.
Use of playlists is prohibited; games cannot be arranged in advance or via private message, ICQ, etc.
Only one challenge is valid for the next game, then the process begins again.
