Current rule reads:

All Ladder games must be played in the Social 2 room of Flipside and all tournaments must be held in the Competitive room of Flipside. The Social 1 room of Flipside may be used if either the Social 2 or Competitive rooms of Flipside are inaccessible.

Proposed rule:

All Ladder games including Tourneys must be played in Competitive room of Flipside. Social 2 room of flipside may be used if we Boot. The Social 1 room of Flipside may be used if either the Social 2 or Competitive rooms of Flipside are inaccessible
