Current rule reads:
All Top 10 must have a minimum of 50 reports. If a player has less than 50 reports they will be reduced in rank to 50 the first time. Additional infractions may result in additional penalties.

Do you want the rule to read:
All players in the Top 10 must have 50 reported matches - failure to do so will result in a drop of 50 rungs.
