Top 20 Down Game

Version A

Anyone ranked in the top 20 must play a down game before any up games upon entering the lobby. Verified infraction of this rule will result in a player's rank changed to 25.

Version B

Anyone ranked in the top 20 must play a down game before any up games upon entering the lobby. Additionally they must also play one down between each up game. Verified infraction of this rule will result in a player's rank changed to 31.
