ICQ Current rule reads: As our game is played through ICQ and ICQ is vital to our getting games, not authorizing ladder players will result in penalty if it is reported to ladder staff. Do you want the rule to read : s ICQ is no longer a necessity for contact for games on this ladder it is suggested that you have ICQ so if something happens in a game players have a way of contacting you, but it is not a requirement.
