If a player in the Top 20 receives a rank penalty they must play 25 games before they will be allowed back into the Top 20. If they re-enter the Top 20 prior to playing 25 games, they must request a rank reduction. If an immediate rank reduction is not requested, they will be dropped in rank once again and must once more play 25 games before re-entering the Top 20.
