All players ranked in the Top 10 that are logged into Social Room #4 with their registered Pachisi (Flipside) name MUST maintain an open table. If the Top 10 player chooses not to play they must leave the ladder room and not return for 30 minutes. Upon their return their first game must be a down game. The only exception to this would be if there was a tournament scheduled within the next 30 minutes and they registered for it.
