Do you want to add this rule? Top 50 Challenger UpGame Any Player that challenge Players ranked in the Top 50 must have an UpGame percentage of 50% or lower to be eligible to issue the challenge. UpGame Example: If your UpGame percentage is 60%, that means for every 10 games you played, 6 of them were games from better ranked players. If this rule is passed, this will require challengers to be fair in giving challenges.
