Shall this be in the rules? Top 10 Requirements Top 10 ranked players may not sit to partner on open table games. Top 10 ranked players - when beginning to play - must take bids or bid on an up game if legal. Top 10 ranked players must alternate taking bids with their partner if their partner is ranked in the Top 100.
