Current rule: Top 50 Top 50 CAN refuse challenges from other Top 50 players with UP% higher than 50%. BUT....if you are seen refusing some and not others you will be penalized. Shall this rule be changed to this? Top 50 Top 50 are to refuse to play any challenges from other Top 50 players who have an Up % higher than 50 %.
