Should this be added to the GSRs? After the Top 20 have completed their challenge games they are allowed to play "Open" tables but if a challenge request is made the Top 20 player is to accept the highest challenger. If a Top 20 player states he or she is playing an "Open" table and declines a challenge a penalty will be placed on that player.
