Rule 10 states - 10) Unsportsmanlike Behavior: Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. There will be zero tolerance for any rude or unsportsmanlike behavior during or after game play. Yet... I have scene this, I have even broke it a time or two hot with emotion of whats said in chat, but I see a player doing it consistently - down grading there opponents hand,
