In most cases, I would pass, simply because my p bid 60, not 65, showing me suit and no meld. If i have weak hand, which i consider 2-3 aces at the most, I cant help him much. or he might be prepfaring to go to 70 if the opponent goes to 65.
So if i push him to 75 that might be too high of a bid for the meld he has. However, if the game is close to the end, or I am losing, I would give the meld.

: Okay, person to the left of you opened with 52, your partner bid 60. Right hand opponent passes. You have 24 meld, but no power. What would you bid?
