: Having trained and worked as an Op for a while I know the time and effort yall put into Cases. I seen firsthand some of the things that are placed at your doorsteps. A lot tasks would go undone and left unreported if we didn't have a lot of good volunteers dedicated to making things run smoothly. I know at times yall get made fun of, not taken seriously, not appreciated by some but don't let it get you down because a lot of us, the majority, do appreciate the things you do everyday.
