match 1 A & B vs C & D
match 2 A & C vs B & D
match 3 B & C vs A & D
match 4 A & B vs C & D
match 5 A & C vs B & D
match 6 B & C vs A & D
At this point no player has played against any other player more than twice in a row (thus adhering to the consecutive match rule) and each player has played against each other player 2 times. You could repeat this same order up to 3 more times and each player would then have played each other player 5 times - AND - 15 matches would have been played by each player. It just takes some planning.
