I know your honesty and integrity will be an assett to cases ladder and I am so glad to have you as an Op because I value your opinion and sure did need the help. I also want you to know the new ops have all the crud work,, just kidding. I know the players will also be glad to know they have another ladder op to assist them and I am confident you will do an excellent job.
