First let me say this GIN ladder is what all ladders should be like. This is truly a family, and in the short time I have been fortunate to be apart of it, I am honored. Now to the heart of this issue. BACC1 has several issues. He has to feel like he is important. He feels as if the ladders revolve around the TD, that without certain TD's there is no ladder. Well BACC you're finally right, without Big AL there may as well be no Gin Ladder. The problem is you thought you made the pino ladder, and you are wrong. I will not disgrace this forum with all the pino trash but, I will say this, BACC1 has strategically eliminated all the individuals which do not see things his way. BACC1 should be the one removed. He has had numerous problems with numerous TD's, players and various staff. This is not everyone's fault but his own. No one is perfect but, someone needs to sit down and say what is it in all these disputes that seems to relate to one another....simple... BACC1. While you are correct Abigail the staff should not have to tolerate any abusive behavior. Were you miss the boat is without the players, there is no ladder and there is no staff. Nice picture though, that was important. Regardless of what AL did say, he had every right to be upset. BACC likes to provoke others and according to Big Al what he said wasn't really all that bad. Surely not bad enough to turn this ladder upside down. My dearest Toller, there is no question in my mind the players matter least to you. You have continually lied, put down and made the players feel worthless. You frequent Wildcards occasionally but, I know when I was TD for hearts I was sending out messages about tournies and you told me and I quote,"I don't need to know when the hearts tourneys are, I don't play hearts." You not playing hearts is fine, the problem is you were acting Head TD for the hearts ladder and if you don't care as Head TD and TD manager when there are tournaments, then how will you ever know the progress a TD makes, the type of tourneys and how many are being run. You had no interest in the hearts ladder, and it's obvious again you have no interest in this Gin Ladder. You as well as BACC1 have a history with various TD's. Is this all of your TD's or could it be you as well? Be honest with yourself. This ladder will not last. The ladder is tired of waiting for a new site and this injustice will turn them off even more. The senior staff at cases needs to start paying more attention to the players desires. They are the ones purchasing the Platinum and Gold Accounts and they are the ones that give the senior staff something to do. Big Al has always been corteous to the players and ran tournaments like there was no tomorrow. He doesn't need the title of Head TD, that's not what he is about. He deserves it for all of his hard work and dedication and regardless of what was said you should be about re-instating him as Head TD. How long this message lasts is unimportant, who this upsets is unimportant, what's important is the players and they should be given a little more respect then this.
