: The Big Al you all describe sounds WONDERFUL. The Big Al that the TD Managers have had to deal with has been rude and abusive, to say the least. I cannot, in good conscience, allow ANY volunteer for Case's Ladder to be treated the way that he has treated them---especially by one of their own team. We expect that to occasionally happen from the rare bad apple member. We do not expect such treatment from those who are supposed to be arm in arm with us fighting the good fight---the fight to continue to provide a fun and fair place for Case's Ladder members to spend their time.
: From everything I have read in here I believe that Big Al had half of the equation right. The player/member half. I have to admit that IS my favorite half, but unfortunately, this is one of those situations where half is not sufficient. I want to make it very clear that while we welcome his contribution to the Ladder community we will not tolerate his (or anyone's) bad treatment of those above him in the tournament program.
: Currently he has been allowed to stay a member of the TD Team on this Ladder. I don't have a problem with that, as long as the abusive behavior stops. If the situation improves I also have no problem with revisiting his consideration for Head TD in the future. However, under no circumstances will that happen right now.

The biggest problem on this ladder is Toller...She has done little of nothing for us..She doesnt and won't host..even if a TD is having puter probs, sick, whatever..She either ignores your ICQ message or waits until it is to late to do anything..She doesnt play here any more than is necessary...Just about anybody u ask says she is uncontactable..if she is on ICQ she in NA..Somehow I thought a TD manager would be available to help when needed..As for French she is just to strict..We all do this for fun..We r all human and we do sometimes make mistakes...Nobody enjoys being reprimanded rudely..Its not necessary...We r not being paid to do this..We do it because we enjoy it..or at least we used to..Several players have said to me they would rather avoid French then to ask a question or for help..This is not what they should feel about a head td or for that matter any TD...Al was great..He went out of his way to put the players and tds first..U have made a very big mistake by letting him go..I know this will change nothing but I felt it needed to be said..To all the players who have played my tourneys I thank ya. We had some fun didnt we...:o)
