I am sorry to hear that you decided to fire Big Al. First of all the thing that doesn't make sense to me at all is how you can fire someone that is not a paid employee. He was a volunteer and he did what he did because he liked to do it. Not because anyone was paying him for doing a job. Second of all, I recently witnessed something that really ticked me off in the clubhouse, that I know other people were very upset about too. Big Al was a TD at the time. He did not get involved and start screaming or swearing at anyone. He notified the correct people and they came in and took care of it. Now tell me...why wasn't any action taken against these people???? If we are a family oriented clubhouse and we are here to have fun, why doesn't anyone do anything with the REAL people that need to be dismissed????

I came here because of my sister-in-law whom knew Al for a good amount of time and considers him a good friend. She withdrew over this whole thing and I am not far behind her. NB30 says that she feels that this is embarrassing to her to refer people to this site when there is nothing but trouble. All the crap that Cutee and Dove were put through and now Al. Don't you people have better things to do with your time??????

I also have to say that there are some pretty ignorant players in this site also. If they made Magnum320 leave because supposedly he did not have a sportsmanship attitude. Then you had better start looking at some other people also. I have played people that have talked worse than him! I have played people that as long as they are winning the will talk to you or tell you that you had a good hand and so on. But the minute they start losing they clam up and start getting ignorant. You get no comments from them at all and when the game is over they just leave the room.

Before you make accusations about other people you need to get the whole story from all sides. NOT JUST ONE PERSON...ONE PERSON DOES NOT MAKE UP THE WHOLE SITE!!!!!!!!!!! Just because one person out of the whole site, who is not that nice of a person himself, has a problem with someone you don't fire another without checking with other people. WE ARE THE LADDER, NOT YOU!!! WE SHOULD BE GIVEN THE CHOICE ON WHETHER WE WANT TO HAVE SOMEONE AS A TD OR NOT!!!!! It should be a vote from the ladder players. Not just one person's decision. I have not decided whether I am withdrawing as a player or not, but you can guarantee that if Al leaves I will be right behind him following wherever he goes!!!
