Along with everyone else I am very troubled with the loss of Big-Al-13(Skinned Bear). If this ladder is for the players, the action against Al has not benefitted the ladder. For all the help and motivation Al has provided to this site, I think the punishment was excessive. I donot know all the details involved nor do I want to talk trash about anyone. This is a family and we have a serious problem here. I would like to see everyone involved with the action against Big-Al-13, sit down and reconsider what has happened. Can this be handled differently, is this benefitting a formerly growing ladder, are personalities clashing, are the players affected by this action? I have been on this ladder since the WON fiasco. It appeared that this ladder was growing and becoming closer. Whatever the reason behind the action against Big-Al-13 it is not for the best interest of this ladder. I hope this can be resolved without destroying OUR LADDER or anyone losing face over this.
