I know things are frustrating right now, with wildcards being down and cases having problems.
I have sent another message to Doc and posted a message in the playnet forum asking for information. As soon as I hear anything I will let you all know, promise:)
Case is working hard on correcting the problems we are having.......most of which have stemed from the fact we have grown so large. The servers are having problems carring the load, but the issue is being addressed. Just hold on tight and it will in time get better. Think of this as growing pains.
You have all been wonderful through this rough period.....and i wish i had some answers for you all, but i dont. However, as in the past, whatever information i get i will pass on to you. I know it is asking a lot of you all to stay with us... but i know in my heart that things will get better. For now, remember we may be a smaller ladder, but we are a very family orientated site, and we are players who care about each other. The sets us apart from a lot of sites, and it will be what makes us grow.
Chin up, and look for rainbows, these storms clouds will pass.........
