You will find the link on the left hand side of the Main Ladder page. Under Support. Select Contact Us, Mail Us, and then select the correct category for your Support mail from the drop down menu, in this case Tournaments.

Unfortunately, LadderOps do not handle Tournament related issues, neither are we able to respond to requests of this nature in the forum.
