To Whom it may concern:
I have been a memeber of both the single league and the team league. I also have been a Td on both and a HTD on both for several years. What i see happening now is you have several people who like to carry their authority a little to far. Are you trying to get rid of this league is that your intentions. You best listen to the people who play on this league and who also pay a fee to be play here as well. They don't understand why your TDM and your OPM and a few of your HTDs are taking so much action. Is it coming from the top of the chain or is it them personaly. You have given them little authroity so lets just abuse it. Do you notice you are losing players who have been here for more years who also have been here longer than the ones in charge. Do you even notice how many Tds have resigned. Do you even notice any on this. Or does this email only go to the certain HTDS or the TDM that seems to most of us who is causing all the problems. If not it needs to. We are down to less than 20 teams on this league. Is anyone as a TDM that has played here know thats very unusual when we used to have over 40 teams or more.You have a TDM who in charge of this league who doesnt even play here. WHen Saxyjaxxman was a TDM he played here quite regulary. Please dont have her join just for that for one thing no one would have her on a team. Do you notice how many single tourneys are not being ran. Do you notice how many people dont play anymore. Do you even care. Do you even care that they are moving because you have several that need to resign their postion. Do remeber we are all adults and some of these who have authority treat us like we are 2. You have set so many rules its pathetic. You have made it so tuff on the TDs they dont care if they host or not. You must do something and you best do it fast. Or this league will be gone. Or is ths what you all are wanting. Suggestion. Read your froum before pulling the messages. See who you need to have resign. Dont give them a choice. would bet i they few that need to resign we would get alot more players back and TDs only if you dont get so pushy with the rules. Good grief lighten up. We are all adults here.
