Regarding recent posts that have been removed .....

I am not given to making posts of this nature - but, it is Christmas, and I feel an explanation is due to the whole membership of the Team Cribbage (Yahoo) Ladder, so that we may all enjoy this Festive Season.

The post removed on Tuesday, made by a TD, was removed at the request of the TDM. Had KanjainTi not requested this, it would have been removed anyway.

Why? you ask. The reason is simple, it broke Case's Ladder Forum posting guidelines. It is not allowed for anyone to post the contents of a mail sent to them, either in their Voluntary position as TD, HTD or LadderOp. If the sender of these mails feels that it would be advantageous for the information to be made known to all, they would do, as I am now, and post such information.

All the other posts removed today, were part of the removed thread - or replies to the post that had to be removed. None of these made any sense without the original post, which of course could not remain due to its content. Every single person whose posts were removed, has been sent a courtesy mail, with an explanation.

I will continue to remove any posts that break Case's Ladder Forum posting guidelines, although I can assure you, I am far more lenient than some OpManagers, I have on quite a few occasions refused to remove posts that others felt did cross the line, when I felt they did not.

Let this be an end to this matter. Let us all move forward and enjoy this holiday time, and be grateful for those who give up any spare time they might have for everyone elses enjoyment so that they can play Cribbage - after all, that is what we are ALL here for, to play, and have fun.

This is my final word on this matter - all the actions taken by any volunteers have followed Case's Guidelines, and they will continue to follow them as we have been directed.

May I take this opportunity to wish all of you, and your families, a wondeful Christmas, and a very Happy New Year!
