First, we have no rule against kibitz in our regular games lounge.

Second, you state that if someone doesn't have the time then they shouldn't enter the lounge. Yes, if you only had 10 minutes then you shouldn't enter. But if you have 20-25 minutes, and there are 2 playing, then it is different. If the game being played ends soon, then you have plenty of time. If that game has a low score then it will probably not end soon.

Third, in my opinion, there is nothing wrong with checking the score and then leaving.

Fourth, if anyone was abusive when visiting the table then screen shots could be taken and a complaint made.
