Illegal Usage

I understand that many of you are having problems with an illegal usage error. I am a homebrewer and make my own wine and stay within all state and federal guidelines and don't have this problem. LOL.

To solve this problem when using Contact Us, try this:

If you need help and have had a problem using the regular contact us link, the no login link is now working.

1.Click on Contact us

2. Click on Mail us at the bottom of the list.

3. It will then ask for your nick and password, (dont need to fill these in) but beneath has a dis- claimer which says : : Problems activating your account, or dont have a working account? Click here to contact us if you dont have a working Ladder name and password or if you have problems submitting your mail.

4. Click on the underlined CLICK HERE.

5. Next page asks you to Select your Ladder.

6. Choose Gin (Gaming Safari) from the dropdown, enter your name/nick, and your working email address, hit Compose.

7. State your problem,

If this fails, then send me an email but try this fix first.
