As you know, we know xoStacyxo's Vacation status. Since you have already talked about her disciplinary maters, with our group. I wish to add my view. I agree chat in lobby, needs to stay happy and light and fun.

The part of Pms, I do not agree with. I am the most polite male on this ladder. My saying on (PlaySite) is "No time 4 RUDE people;-}}" I give 100% of what I have to this ladder. But, Whatever I talk to LQQK, XOSTACYXO or any other member in private or on the phone. Is none of your concern. Unless I choose to make it so. My private talks with mmembers TDMs Ladder Opps, HTDs and Tds. Is mine and not yours.

On the other hand, If I show poor behavior in lobby or whispers at playsite. You are my boss, in that area only. I will respect the position of Tdm, to be removed or put on vaction.

TomSpeed make no mistake, I do except to be held accountable for all I do or say at PlaySite.

Keep supportting all of your TDs. When one makes a mistake. Take the time to talk to them, and hear thier side also. We have a great TEAM of TDs. Dont let them all get away. Come in the site sometime, I would love to show you WHY I REALLY AM THE BEST ;-}
