Downtime and Paper Tourneys

Lets all hope that this 'downtime' for Cases wont be too long, but I found this on the TD page and thought Id share it with you all..especially the TDS...if you need help, let the HTDS know and we will help any who ask. Please read this note:

Message: For those that are interested in keeping as "normal" as possible during the downtime here is the link to Tazer's paper.

Bookmark one or both of the sites, so you are able to keep offering tourneys just a little longer before people want to see the results posted towards the league / ladder.
