Ok, This is what you need to do to get to the settings I speak of..........
1) In your control panel hit "Internet Options"
A pop up window saying "Internet Properties" will show. Here you can set your home page, see cookies
(and delete them) and other s hit.

2)Click on the tab marked "Security". You will now see settings for the net,
local intranet,trusted and restricted sites!

3)Click on "Internet"

4) Click on "Custom Level"

5)you will now be able to change the different zones.

PAY ATTENTION AND DO EXACTLY WHAT I SAY OR YOU COULD LEAVE YOUR SELF OPEN TO MALICIOUS HAPPENINGS!

When you open the "Security settings-internet zone" you will see a series of selections....They are all default as Microsoft thinks we are all idiots.

Do the following:
a) hit "Enable" for the 1st one.......... .NETFramework
b) XAML Browser Apps should be "Enable"
c) XPS Documents Need be "Enable"
d) .Net Framework......... "High Saftey"
e) run componets not signed ...... "Enable"
(I think this is one of the seetings needed for Clown Chat)
f) Run Componets signed......... "Enable"

ActiveX Controls and plug ins............
g) allow Previously unused ActiveX............... "DISABLE"
h) Allow Scriptlets....... "Prompt"
i) Automatic Prompting for ActiveX........... "DISABLE" (Enable this one and it will
drive you Crazy asking all the time if "you want to run...."
j) Binary and script......... "Enable"
k) Display video and animation........ "Disable"
l) Download SIGNED ActiveX.............. "Prompt"

m) Download UNSIGNED ActiveX........ "Prompt" (This is another I think is
Important For Clown Chat) When you try to donload Clo, there will be a bar at the top of the
window asking "Do you want to allow this ActiveX or some such..... You need to click "allow"
n) Initalize and Script ActiveX........ "Prompt
o) Only Allow approved domains....... "allow"
p) Run ActiveX controls............ "Enable"
q) Scipt ActiveX controls............. "Enable"
r) go to "launching Applications and Unsafe files" and hit "Prompt"
s) Go to Scripting> "Active Scripting" "Enable"
t) Allow Status Bar updates Via Script........ "Enable"
u) "Enable" the next 3 having to do with scripts. You should
now be at "User Authentcation"...........you're done!

Hit OK and restart IE. you should now be able to get into clown chat.
Make sure you watch and answer the "Information Bar" At the top of IE!
