At the risk of stealing my fellop Op team's thunder...

We had a proposition in the voting booth to amend the rule for a valid Ladder match. That vote passed. The following is our updated rule for What Constitutes a Match:

"A Match shall consist of the best 2 out of 3 games. However, a match can consist of one game instead of best 2 out of 3 if both players agree before the beginning of the match"

Note that this means that if one of the two players does not want to play a single game as a ladder match, then the best 2 of 3 MUST be used. A ladder match challenge CANNOT be refused just because one player wants to play a single game and the other does not.
