Hardwood games are designed to automatically register players for the ladder when you enter the Ladder room. This was tested by a member of Case's Staff and it did not ask if she wanted to join but she received an email which included her password for the ladder in a Welcome. Also by design, the Ladder will not allow a user to change their userame or password because of the auto-report and because you are automatically registered upon entering the Ladder room.

If anyone needs help please post here in forum or go to the Support Link and Contact Us and click on Mail Us and do not enter a name or password but go directly below where you see Click Here if you do not have a working ladder account.
