Studio won't start

Hey guys, I'd love to play again but I can't get Studio to start. I click on launcher.exe and get an 403 error taht I can't connect to the server.
I'm pretty computer savy, my ports are open, my firewall's not blocking anything.
Maybe I just need my account re-authorised?
I re- downloaded the launcher file but it dosn't try and reinstall, it just tries to start studio and I get the same old error.
Do I need to update the course files too? Is there something in the course files that updates the launcher?
This one has me baffled.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.
