There have been some concerns addressed to be about the ladder. Let me see if I can help clearify some things.

1. Anyone wishing ot apply for ladder op may do so by going to the heading "support" then to contact us then pick ladder application.

2. Anyone having issues about rule may ask by going to the heading "support" then to contact us then to mail us we will answer you as quickly as possible.

3. There is a link to the rules page under the heading "The Ladder" If there are any specific questions after that first check out the Common question page you can do this by going to the heading "Support" then to contact us then to common question.
