: There was a DNS problem yesterday with the sierra.com domain, which includes hoylegames.sierra.com. The problem has now been fixed; however, many Internet Service Providers may not have propagated the information to their own DNS servers yet, which will cause problems accessing the games and/or the web pages. The time it takes to do this varies from ISP to ISP, and it can take anywhere from an hour to 48 hours.

: If you do not want to wait for your ISP to update their DNS servers, here are a couple of solutions that may or may not work:

: 1. Delete your temporary Internet files, and then try to access the games at http://8.5.0.53/

: 2. Follow the instructions at https://www.opendns.com/start/computer/
