If you have specific complaints regarding Formal Challenges against you, please file them using the Support links on the web site. Airing out general complaints on the Forum is not going to solve any problems. I can say that if you refuse to play a formal challenge on principle, that failed formals will accumulate against your record. At a certain point if you accumulate enough of them, you will be automatically penalized and boxed by the Case software. This is not something that is controlled by the Op team. Even if you file a formal complaint and we act upon it, the Formal Challenge still must be played in order to not risk a potential penalty later.
