Wrong.
We have NO forum rights whatsoever except for the rights which Cases chooses
to grant us. This is a private site whose terms of service do not require them to
grant any forum rights, certainly not absolute rights. If you read the terms of service
that we all agreed to with Cases, you will discover in 2a that the use of these
forums is a priviledge (not a right) which Cases may discontinue at it's sole
discretion at any time. In fact, we don't even have the right to demand that they
remove posts which we may find offensive. That is THEIR right.

The only right that we are guaranteed in the entire contract is the right to use
the Cases software to access their site. Cases has all the remaining rights
including all the copyrights, and we have none (with the exception of California
residents who have rights to certain information not available to non-residents).
