I am in agreement with the ladder policy to keep people's personal life out of
the forum. But there may be people wondering why I would make a post such
as the one I did below. What I can say is that it is a response to a post made
by someone who knows the facts concerning what Mr. Whoo has done for our
ladder in the way of unpaid volunteer work. He has spent years helping this
ladder before anyone ever tried to destroy it in a few months. For example:

"....He spent countless hours reading and responding to emails, deailing with
complaints, judging games etc. There were days when his email box held over
400 mails and he diligently sat at his desk and answered every single one of them...."

The original post concluded with these lines:

"...It's sad really. It's sad when an online gaming zone becomes a battle field and
arena for personal attacks. Especially against someone who has given all that
he has for this ladder. I think you all should appreciate what he has sacraficed....

....You owe him your thanks. You owe him your profound gratitude.
I don't know anyone else who can do what he does
He's a good person and I think the attacks should stop." --- [end of excerpt]

In the past, I have limited my posts to laughing and making fun of people who
are acting childish (in my opinion), with the hope of shaming them into acting
a little more mature. But this is different. Something does need to be said.

This is a person who has actully given years of dilligent service, free of charge.
I cant imagine any of those people bashing him would do anything free for anybody.

Even if I were in disagreement with his policies or opinions, I would still would
not bash him out of respect for someone who is doing a lot more than I am
willing to do for this ladder. Yes, I do owe him my gratitude.
