I'm have not been informed if Players complained using proof to Cases or not -

What I am aware of is the many duplicate accounts, lobby and game chats on several ocassions following a letter of warning to no avail.

Along with IM chat exchanged emails and much effort on our part to prevent the final penalty on Club Games.

When repeated requests to respect others on site is denied as well as other issues of Code of Conduct we are left with no recourse but the one we were forced to make due to a players actions!

Again it is in our best interest like Cases to keep their players! - Ultimately it is the players choice as to how pr what decisions are implemented !
