you know all disciplinary decisions are not black and white – therefore we too discuss things as a team when the definite obvious is not present.
We follow the guideline of 1st a warning 2nd 7 days (if you don’t create duplicate accounts in this time and cause more trouble) 3rd 30 days (if you don’t create duplicate accounts in this time and cause more trouble) 4th Banned indefinitely 5th Banned IP
On any of the penalties above if you have created new accounts and continued to harass players while on site etc we take a much more serious approach and ban the player indefinitely –
I have seen this where the player even after months come back and promise they are renewed - They get a chance again only if as a majority rule we agree to give them a chance again – Unfortunately the player usually ends up banned again for good.
The main thing players are reminded of in 1st warning and even email exchanges in hope of redeeming the players respect for others – we remind them ClubGames.com is created to have an atmosphere conducive with a relaxed happy atmosphere where people come in for competition and fun -
As you may realize simply - It is in the Game Sites best interest to keep all its players that respect the Code of Conduct by respecting fellow players -
