I have just talked with Case Director of the Club Rooms - as well as Ashton Club Games Manager

Bottom line is:

Club Games followed standard procedure and banned him for 7 days!

Any further reports sent to www.clubgames.com with proof of misconduct he will be removed immediately and permanently

All players are treated equally, he received that benefit. If he abuses again anymore players, he will be removed and is aware of this!
