1 Do I really see peteszbest at rank 9?

2. And if so what happened to the pendings issues with both the ladder and club games site itself

I respectfully submit that this site and ladder cannot decide it is desperate enough for players to ignore the documented incidents just that I have copies of, never mind that had been filed overall. It would be a short sighted decision that would drive more than just me away for good I believe. Just my opinion but if the stance against abusive behavior here was just talk I will feel forced to compete elsewhere particularly ladders that have dealt with this player properly already
