UP % rule.

I hated this rule in the zone and I won't vote to have it be a rule in Club Games.

With that said, I would expect once a player makes it to the top 10.. or top 5 your would see the up % go down. WE have a player who up % keeps going up. This player up % for the week is 78%. and one of the downs.. was right after beating the person who was right above.

I hope this player starts playing downs so we don't have to get some stupid rules...
